On the 25th of November in the third pavilion at Crocus Expo concluded the third Moscow Millionaire Fair- the largest exhibition of goods and services of the class Lux, offered by the world luxury industry.

The Concern 4C includes a group of companies, which has been dealing with diamond processing and trade for many generations.
A diamond processing facility of our Concern is located in India (the city of Mumbai), which is known as a homeland of diamonds. There the rough diamonds transform into fabulous gems of all possible sizes and shapes.
The world’s largest Diamond Bourse is located in Belgium (Antwerp), which is an absolute world center of diamonds trade. Our Concern has a representation in the Antwerp Bourse with a full license for all kinds of exchange business.
In the year 2007 we opened a marketing office in Russia (Moscow).
